I purchased the ISTA 4.52 and E-SYS to work on my ’24 X5 air suspension, yes it’s under warranty but I didn’t have the time to wait for an appointment either. I didn’t have the know how to install the software and didn’t have the time to watch YT for instructions. I’m a mechanic by trade so I’m not afraid to mess with any cars. Anyway, to make things short and sweet. I had one of the tech install it in my computer because I was out of town and I wanted to use it as soon as I get back home. I was in contact with the tech the whole time and even called me while I was on the road through WhatsApp to keep me informed. I had Windows11 and he informed me that Win11 was crap so I bought a 2TB SSD and downgraded to Win10. It took me about 4 days to figure out the software and now my X5 is fully functional!
