I don’t know how to put in words everything. I have a 2020 Toyota Supra and this guy did wonders. I read ISTA was needed to perform some services and found this site bought the SW from him and he emails right away setting up a time to install everything. My laptop is running slow over 10 years old so I go out and buy a new on. He sits there and waits, then once home immediately gets to work. He worked on it until late at night then we started first thing next morning. Got everything installed to find out that the regular ISTA won’t work with my Toyota badges BMW. He downloads another version then we find out it needs a special version from Toyota. So he helps me find it, we trouble shoot and he works and works. Finally after over a full day after starting, he gets it all up and running. Everything. The guy knows his stuff and is patient and very passionate about his work. Thank you. A remote computer session was set up and very quickly the Tech began to download, delete, organize, and then verify installation at the vehicle. The work to install was easy over my tech capabilities, yet Diag-Tools did it with efficiency and speed.
